SportsAbility is an annual event (this is SportsAbility 32nd year) that connects people with disabilities to recreational activities, resource providers, and community organizations to learn about new trends in recreation and leisure in the community. A big portion of the mission is to provide opportunities for people with disabilities and people without disabilities to experience recreation together. Some of the current partners of SportsAbility include: Florida Department of Health, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Florida State Parks, and many, many more. As you can see, you will be in good company! There are a variety of ways you can connect with SportsAbility participants and other partners.

Participants of all abilities learn about the value of recreation and active leisure for everyone – especially people with disabilities. People discover the latest in equipment, trends, and resources. SportsAbility provides an opportunity for people to network with people with disabilities, resource providers, and community organizations.
